Who we are

I am Sarah Hyde, a Massage Therapist living and working in Plymouth, based at The Business Centre on Cattedown Road.

Clients travel from the local area including Ivybridge, Yelverton, Tavistock and Saltash in Cornwall.

Combining my training in massage and bodywork in the UK and the United States with my years of experience in a spiritual community in the North of England, I am happy to offer quality, caring massage treatments back in my hometown.

Growing up with sport and being fascinated with human anatomy and physiology, I love how massage can benefit all kinds of people in so many ways.
